#1. Introduction
Welcome to EzzyHomes (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EzzyHomes Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
The Platform acts as a premium digital ecosystem connecting real estate companies (Admins), licensed real estate agents (Brokers), and prospective buyers or renters (End Customers).
#2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, or interacting with any service on EzzyHomes, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
#3. Platform Usage Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract property data.
- Posting fraudulent, misleading, or expired property listings.
- Impersonating other users or licensed brokers.
- Attempting to circumvent the Platform's communication or payment systems.
#4. Roles & Responsibilities
Admins
Responsible for vetting brokers, managing regional data, and maintaining corporate compliance.
Brokers
Must provide accurate RERA/license numbers and maintain timely responses to customer inquiries.
Customers
Required to provide valid contact information and respect the professional time of brokers.
#5. Property Listings Disclaimer
EzzyHomes does not own the properties listed. We do not guarantee the physical condition of the property or the accuracy of measurements provided by brokers.
Property information is provided solely for informational purposes. Users are strongly advised to conduct independent due diligence, including physical inspections and legal title verification, before entering into any financial transaction.
#6. Intellectual Property
All software, design elements, logos, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of EzzyHomes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose. Any reproduction of the platform's UI or logic is strictly prohibited.
#7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzzyHomes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Technical outages or data loss.
- Disputes between Brokers and End Customers.
- Financial losses resulting from property investments.
